No Surprises Act Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services if you are not using insurance or if you choose not to use insurance.
A Good Faith Estimate provides transparency about the anticipated cost of your care based on your clinical needs and session frequency. You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before beginning services or during the course of treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill through a federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
